For all deliveries we use a guaranteed next day service provided by our chosen courier DPD, it is free to any order over £100 or priced at £4.95 per order.
What are my delivery options outside the UK and how much do they cost?
Our courier offers postage to most locations around the world, therefore if you customer services by email, email@example.com with your delivery details we will provide a quote.
When will you dispatch my order?
Unless there is availability issues all orders will be dispatched and shipped within 24 hours - subject to payment authorization.
Please Note. You will be notified of any availability issues relating to your chosen products immediately and subsequently given options as to how you would like to proceed with the order.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes, when we dispatch your order we will email you with the tracking details.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.
Can I Collect My Order?
Yes of course, if you live locally and want to pop into the shop to pick up your order that's fine.
All you need to do is select "collection" as your delivery option when you checkout and we'll email you when we've picked it and it's ready for collection.
Missing or Damaged Delivery?
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 01277 230240
Here at Snow Central we are committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases, therefore if for any reason you would like to return or exchange items bought you have 28 days from the day of delivery to do so. Simply fill the returns form included with your order and return the product(s) to our address stated below.
Products will have to be returned with all tags and original packaging. Upon arrival the products will be inspected and any refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days.
Please Note. Any refunds where the order was over the value of £100 and thus received free shipping, a postage cost of £4.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount. However, this will not apply if the product(s) were deemed to be faulty of an error was made on our behalf.
